Visit the MMTTC online application Portal and follow the steps given below
Step 1: Please read the instructions carefully before applying to the course and check your eligibility.
Step 2: Before applying for the course, the list of available courses can be checked from top menu
Step 3: You are required to pay the non refundable application fee of ₹ 500 /- first before applying to a course. There will be no registration fee to be paid after selection. While making online payment of application fee, you may mention your applied course name at Bill /Reference number and no need to upload any bill copy as that is non mandatory on payment portal.
Step 4: After submission of application fee, Save the transaction ID/Reference Number so generated and keep the receipt. Then visit the MMTTC Online application Portal gaian. Click on top menu STEP 4 "Apply Online for the Course" tab and fill the course details, personal details etc. along with the Confirmed fee submission transaction ID or receipt no. and submit the form.
Step 4: Login and Upload the duly signed/ forwarded copy of application form
The applicants are required to apply well before the last date of application and complete the application process (including uploading of duly signed application form) well in time.
Applicants are advised to apply well in time as the last date of application can be reduced if the number of applications received reaches 2.5-3 times of total number of maximum available seats.
Applicants are required to pay the application fee before applying to course. Please select Application fee option only on the payment portal. There will be no registration fee to be paid after selection. While making online payment you may mention your applied course name at Bill /Reference number and no need to upload any bill copy as that is a non mandatory filed on payment window portal.
Applicants are required to apply separately for each course with separate application fee. One Receipt Number/Transaction ID can be used to apply in one course only. Applications with incorrect Receipt Number/ Transaction ID will be rejected. /
If any discrepancy is found at any stage the candidature of the applicant will be cancelled.
Maximum 1 MB pdf file is allowed to be uploaded
Only selected applicants for the course will be informed through email after screening process. Selected applicants will have to submit relieving order at the time of joining the course. No one shall be allowed to join the course without a relieving order.
In all OPs/RCs/STCs/Workshops & induction programmes participants should attend all sessions on all working days. No leave is permissible except for emergency or exceptional case/circumstances where a maximum of 3-day leave may be granted by Director of the MMTTC (formerly HRDC). Participants who availed such leave will have to compensate the same number of days in the next programme and such participants may be given certificate after completion of the course
